These easy and delicious Dab Smoothie and Cucumber Lemon Drink recipes will wow your family and company.

Perfect mix of coconut water, coconut meat, and a trace of rosewater, this creamy and reviving smoothie After a protracted fasting day, this tropical delight will help you relax.

Materials: One cup of coconut water, one cup of coconut flesh, and one tablespoon of sugar; vary according to taste. One cup of cooled, boiling milk, One tablespoon of rosewater. Two teaspoons of wet chia seeds, Two teaspoons of ice cube cubes , One tablespoon finely chopped almonds or pistachios

Direction:

Blend the sugar, coconut meat, and water until smooth.

Add the milk, rosewater, soaked chia seeds, and ice cubes. Once more blend for a few seconds.

Put into glasses and sprinkle chopped almonds or pistachios on top.

Present chilled and savor the creamy excellence!

Cucumber Lemon Drink :

 

Iftar would be ideal for this light and spicy drink as a thirst-quencher. Cucumbers and lemon taken together are not only reviving but also quite nutrient-dense.

Ingredients:  One sliced cucumber cup , Two tablespoons fresh lemon juice ,Two glasses of chilled water , Two teaspoons sugar or syrup; change to taste , 2 tablespoons honey , A little bit of salt , Frozen cubes

 

Direction:

Blender the diced cucumbers with one cup of water until smooth. To get out any pulp, strain the mixture.

Add the lemon juice, remaining cold water, sugar or syrup, honey, and a bit of salt. Well, mix.

Present in glasses filled with ice cubes for great coolness.
