
Dynamic Eid celebrations marking the holy month of Ramadan have brought Dhaka alive. Of these, the Moonlight Festival—which Annex Communications scheduled at the Aloki Convention Center—has been most significant. Beginning on March 18, this two-day festival has been a fantastic experience for both foodies and families, offering under the lovely moon a mix of local and international cuisines.

Running from 4 PM to 4 AM, the festival featured over 50 booths with anything from traditional iftar and sehri dinners to mouthwatering street cuisine and odd sweets.
The Moonlight Festival offers local cuisine as well as international specialties, so satisfying your taste. Under one roof, the event sought to unite a wide spectrum of food brands and restaurants thereby providing guests with a distinctive gastronomic experience.

The celebration was of community and culture, not only of cuisine.Families and friends packed to enjoy the vivid spectacle; the throng expanded as the evening progressed. To celebrate, people of all ages assembled at the Aloki Convention Center; it was alive.
The event largely focused on entertainment to offer something for everyone. Youngsters enjoyed games and drawing activities; a clay station offered visitors of all ages to try their hand at clay work. These activities added a creative and interactive element to the festival, therefore surpassing its simple gourmet value.


Combining traditional with modern entertainment, the Moonlight Festival brilliantly captured the core of Ramadan. Completing on March 19, the first season of the festival left attendees with recollections of excellent food, joyful events, and a feeling of friendship.
