I wake up early every day, usually at 6:00 AM, because it sets a trend for productivity. The day starts with a few minutes of meditation in which I center myself and clear my mind. It makes me feel more grounded and reduces stress throughout the day. After meditation, I do some stretching or yoga to help my body wake up and loosen up.

Well, my breakfast is a very important part of my morning, and I try to have something healthy: oats, fruits, or eggs. Then I start my work, be it restaurant project work, blog writing, or whatever other personal work. Staying organized, and using my time effectively- are just some major keys to living a balanced life, and, for that matter, a full life. To make sure that I always feel structured and productive, I have developed routines for activities I do daily, weekly, and monthly.

My daily routine is a consistent, self-care regimen. So, I just time-block and set goals for each of them.

Lunchtime around midday serves as my break, and this is a very great time to get re-energized. Mostly after eating, I go for a walk, which allows me to have some fresh air and puts me in an excellent position to focus for the rest of the day. Later in the afternoon, creative projects are done, responding to emails, or anything that requires deep thought.
I always try to keep time for exercise in the evening, usually around 6:00 PM. Be it a run, weight training, or a cycling session, physical activity is an important part of my schedule. It helps me unwind and uplifts my mood. I allow some time in bed for overviews of my day, writing my thoughts in my journal, and making plans for the next day. All these give my brain time to down and my body to sleep soundly. I strive to sleep at least for 7 to 8 hours to maintain my health and keep me energized.
The Routine of the Week
Each week, I set aside some hours for planning and organizing everything. This Sunday, I will again take a look at the calendar and prioritize what exactly I will be doing every single day. I start grocery shopping for meals during the week, along with groceries needed for work processes. This will include stacking healthy food; I prefer cooking every meal.

Also, outside of professional commitments, I try to schedule some social time. Whether that is a friend and I getting together over coffee or attending some family gathering, I need to keep in contact with family and friends. I read books or articles to increase my knowledge or improve myself in subjects that are of particular interest to me, like wellness or business.
Where I try to do some household chores on Saturdays, like cleaning, arranging, or even washing clothes, it’s catching up on things that have needed attention so I may start the next week in order with a neat and clean room.
Routine Monthly
I ponder over the developments made in a month and review my objectives monthly. At the end of the month, I go over what I achieved, look at what worked for me, and find other areas I would do differently. This puts me in harmony with my far-reaching objectives and ensures steady progress toward their realization.
I also use this time to plan any larger tasks or projects. This may include planning a trip, organizing an event, or starting something new with my restaurant or blog.

Lastly, I schedule financial planning, budget review, and expense tracking to keep myself on top of my finances. Lastly, I try to take a little time out each month for myself. Whether that’s going to the spa, having a mini-vacation, or making some arts and crafts, it all helps me reset and ensures I’m not burning out from the day-to-day. Ultimately, it has been a routine involving daily, weekly, and monthly activities that have helped me to balance my life. These routines provide structure, increase productivity, and ensure I take care of my physical, mental, and emotional well-being.
