Spicy Cauliflower Pakora Recipe
Ingredients:
Pakora
1 medium cauliflower, cut into pieces, Ginger-garlic paste – ½ tsp Garam, Masala powder – ½ tsp ,Chili paste – 1 tsp ,A small amount of chopped coriander leaves ,A small amount of chopped curry leaves ,All-purpose flour – 3 tbsp, Corn flour – 4 displace pepper powder – ½ tsp, Water- as needed Green chilies 3-4 pieces ,Tandoori masala – ½ tsp ,Oil and salt as needed
Procedure: Steam the florets of cauliflower till tender. Mix all-purpose flour with all the other ingredients, adding water to a smooth batter.
Pakora
Dip the steamed pieces of cauliflower in the batter and deep fry in hot oil until golden brown. Take out and keep aside. Deep fry whole green chilies and curry leaves after some time, and mix with the fried cauliflower pakoras. Serve the crispy spicy cauliflower pakoras!
