Ingredients

What You Need Water (if you need it) , Feel free to add salt. Three tablespoons of olive oil , Three apple sized dimes , 3 potatoes , ONE cabbage ,Green beans, 1 cup , 20 grams of butter , 1 to 2 garlic cloves, cut up ,1 red pepper , 1 yellow pepper ,1 green Chile ,7 to 8 tiny mushrooms that are cold ,1/2 cup of ground black pepper , Basil leaves (to design).

Prepare the vegetables:

In a big pot, mix water, salt, and half a teaspoon of olive oil. Get it to boil.

Cut the carrots and potatoes into long pieces and add them to the water when it starts to boil. When they’re about 20% done, take them off the heat and put them in cold water to stop the cooking.

First, add the cauliflower pieces to the hot water. After that, add the veggies. When they are about 10% done, add the green beans. Take them out of the water and put them in cold water when they’re done.

Get the veggies out of the water and put them somewhere else.

Add the rest of the olive oil and heat the pan. When it’s hot, add the butter and let it melt.

Cut the garlic into very small pieces and cook it until it turns clear.

Stir for one minute after adding the red, yellow, and green pepper pieces.

Give it a little more time to cook after you add the mushrooms.

Mix and season:

Add the vegetables that have been cooked well in the pan and mix them together.

To taste, add salt and mix it all together.

When the capsicums are done cooking, they will be shiny and bright.

After adding the ground black pepper, mix it one last time.
